My new favorite Banana Bread Recipe

I made these unbelievable delicious and moist banana bread loaves from a random recipe I found. This recipe is definitely going in my "favorite recipes" book.

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
2 large eggs
2/3 cup honey
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large bananas, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Coat loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.  In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and nutmeg.  Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.  In a medium-sized bowl, whisk eggs, honey, oil, mashed banana and vanilla.  Pour into well in flour mixture and stir until just combined.  Transfer batter to loaf pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.  Remove from oven and cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing from pan and cooling on rack.
